This umbrella is beautifully made and easy to operate. We had some problems with the assembly which were quickly and courteously resolved by the vendor. We would definitely recommend.

This is a classy item. Feels well made and sturdy. Base when full of water is very heavy. Overall were very happy with the parasol and think it will last many years.

Delivery was lost and then delayed by courier company. Supplier was very helpful and constant communications trying to track down delivery. They sent another umbrella due to lost First delivery. Excellent service. Now received umbrella is very good quality and easy to assemble with clear instructions. Recommend to anyone needing a large offset umbrella.

Just one year after purchase, the chord used for opening the umbrella part snapped. I have read similar reviews, have contacted the seller.I do not accept under the provision of goods and services act, that twelve months is a satisfactory life for an expensive product.

Easy to assemble. Stable. Moves well in 3 planes. Light to handle. Needs heavy weights on base to counter lever.

When I bought this parasol a year ao I was impressed with the build quality and size of the parasol. We had a summer underneath it during 2022. This year is lasted about six opening before the cord suddenly snapped, making it useless. As the parasol is an expensive item but now out of warantee, I sent an email to Grand Patio to see if they had any instruction on how to replace the cord or any other suggestions. I heard nothing from them. Looking on YouTube I saw various instructional videos of how to fix cords that had snapped, however they were not the model that I have. As it's a heavy parasol I could do little except remove the handle and take the cord out. I had to wait for one of my son's to visit so we could fix it. After some hits and misses, we eventually sorted out the cord, refitted the equipment, parasol and then successfully raised the umbrella once again. It's an expensive item to fail just after one season, it's not like we have sun 365 days of the year in the UK - our summers are short, so would have expected many years use of this parasol. I'm afraid for the cost I cannot recommend this parasol, especially when their customer service failed to get back in touch with me.

It's easy to set up, easy to put up and down, perfect size for our sitting area. Looks so beautiful and matches our decor in yard. Worth every penny.

Canvas seems sturdy. Easy to open and close. The base when full of water makes it really heavy and difficult to move even though it has wheels. Had to syphon have the water out to move it. That said, it’s unlikely to blow away with a sudden gust of wind.

We ordered the big beautiful umbrella to put out at our pool. We have really enjoyed it! It was not difficult to put together and is easy to use. It was a great purchase!

We’ve had this apart more than we’ve had it up. It just catches the wind constantly and rips out all the spokes. Even just a light gust of wind.
