Over the past two years since my back accident, I have had sciatica on and off, been to Physiotherapy and back and yet nothing seems to give me long lasting relief, until I found this product. Once again, this brand proves to be amazing and getting what it says on the box done. At first I didn't notice anything, but as the hours went by, I started to notice my back feeling lighter and more relieved. 24 hours later, I'm doing the things I used to be able to do with minimal to no pain, no effort at all. I cannot believe that this product has managed to provide me with this much relief. It is a soft, but strong material, I can tell this quality will last for a very long time. It is so comfortable to wear, I have worn it cycling and for stretching and core training and it has really helped to support me during these exercises. I have already had my back examined since using this and it has been confirmed that my tension is becoming less already. Things that were noticeable are becoming harder to find. I highly recommend this product and it's brand to everyone. Sizing is perfect too btw, I have exactly a 38 inch waist and there is still room with the smaller size.

Since I started wearing the Copper back support been pain free at work had previous copper back supports this is different very expensive but happy too pay any price to be pain free highly recommended light too wear not uncomfortable

I received this belt as a gift after suffering a lower back injury about a year ago. The belt itself is very comfortable to wear and provides a nice warming sensation to the lower back which has helped with ease of movement by eliminating some of the stiffness. However sad to say the pain that I'm feeling hasn't gone away. This could be a purely subjective situation though, everybody's different. What hasn't worked for me could work for someone else.

Purchased for brother of whom has a very physical job. Delivery was within three days. Having worn it thus far for 5 hrs during his shift, he informed myself of it functioning well. Extremely pleased when first put on, stating comfortable and supportive without restriction and that he can foresee it fitting nicely under bike leathers too. If the product continues to be fit for purpose, it was worth every penny and I would purchase it again, especially given the reviews of similar products waded through.

I can't give this the four or five as I've not used it as much as I intended. I purchased this for weight training but felt it rising up my back as I worked out. Not sure if all back supports would do the same but It tended to feel uncomfortable. I use while at home once in a while but waiting to use when my back really goes out and I'm on he sofa for a week unable to move. Overall It's comfy and feels like it does support your back.

This back support is great it works really well and you can wear it 24/7 it's so comfortable and it works great as I broke my spine down at the bottom & up near my neck but it's my lower spine that I get a lot of pain. It's worse when I am at work so I wear this belt it supports me very well

Love this one very much, even I used it only once so far. I am a regular badminton player, has lower back pain for years. I have tried many back supports/belts, etc. None of them was working as this one. This belt is actually lighter than I thought, so was not expecting too much before I used it, however, it is very powerful, did not feel any pain during/after my last play. Definitely a good buy.

Falling apart after less than one month of use. Velcro fastening is weak and poor stitching. Body of the brace also lost shape and offers no form of support.

There is no way for me to write enough about this back support. Truly life changing for me. Seriously. I have struggled with intermittent and crippling back pain my whole life. Until I got this. When I feel my back starting to hurt now I grab this and put it in for a couple hours under my clothes and next thing I know I’m fully functional again.
