Lumbar Pac - The Lower Back Hot or Cold Pack - Black Watch Plaid

I had purchased this exact one for my mom for Christmas several years ago. She's an active person and prone to pulling muscles. I'd forgotten about it completely until she told me what a comfort it was now. You see, she has cancer and used it to help soothe her back and tummy during her treatments and continues to use it now that the treatments are done when she isn't feeling well. She heats hers.When she reminded me of it, I realized how much I missed mine, which had been left behind in a move. I use it for aches and pains (even a toothache) heated. I've used it on a hip injury (refrigerated). I use it if I'm nervous, as I find the heat soothing and I use it if I'm cold. It's plenty big enough to put over cold feet or against your spine to take a chill off. So, I ordered myself one. I can't recommend these enough!

I had an older version of this which worked weel, but this larger one holds the heat much better and longer. Helps make my bad back more tolerable.

Love my lumbar pack! It works well and is the perfect size! It does have a lavender scent to it.

This is my second heat pac from Grandpa’s Garden. I use it multiple times a day. Holds heat well and is very comfortable to use. During the summer months I use it to stay cool. I had my first one for many years.

Had another hot pack from Grandpa's Garden for years and it still works great! So I added another one for lumbar heat as well! Works just as well as the old one does!
