As the clumsiest person ever and also someone who does pole fitness, I bruise easily and often. This cream was recommended by a friend and I must say it works wonders. Brilliant product, honestly did not think it would work. Was super easy to apply. The box spans use every 4 hours which I did. Within two weeks the bruise was gone and I still have 80% of the tube left so real value for money. The cream was very soothing and although I didn’t notice any major pain it kept my skin feeling relief. Would buy again if needed.

Bought this cream following a routine trip to the doctors for a blood test. Lately every time I get a blood test I bruise really badly on my inner arm which is often accompanied with aching pain. After my most recent test I remembered seeing a video months ago that arnica can be good for bruise removal, so I took a trip to Amazon and found this option straight away, the reviews seemed good so I bought it to give it a try. I used it as it says twice daily and after around three days the bruise had gone the pain had lessened. So I’d say it does exactly what it says it does, good value, the smell was insignificant and I’ve tried it on a couple of random bruises that I’ve gotten randomly and it got rid of them also so I would recommend. I had no weird or adverse reaction to the product.

I have skin that bruises easily, especially on my forearms. I’m always looking for a product to help and after trying several, Nelson’s Arnica Cream has helped me the most. My bruises last for weeks before they subside but with this cream it does seem to heal quicker. I try to apply three or four times a day and Nelson’s has become part of my regular routine.
