Updated- USB already broken
I loved it for a couple months but it’s already broken and not usable for me anymore. I expected more durability. However I reached out to RS support via email and they replied insanely fast. Asked for a video of the issues and already issued a replacement which is on the way. It took me less than 5 minutes. They have a 2 year warranty even though you can’t return it via Amazon. Go direct to their website support section.

So disappointed. Lightning cable has too much wobble.
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this cable that seemed to do it all. Charges via usb or type c and charge lightning, type c, and micro usb? Yes please the one cable to rule them all. Unfortunately tho the lightning connector has so much flex in it, it does not have a secure connection to charge. One of these days I am worried that it is going to break off inside my device. The micro usb is built into the lightning connection so I can’t use that charging option anymore. This has become a very expensive usb c charger and the most frustrating lightning cable ever.Just when you think you found the right place it stops charging. There has been too many times where I thought I found the right orientation and leave my phone alone to charge. Just to come back to my phone 30 minutes later to find it didn’t charge at all and lost some battery. If you want a cable that can do all 3 ports, Anker has one. I do own that one and hasn’t failed me at all. Just is a shorter cord and only connects via usb or type. There are so much better cords out there to charge your devices. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Works as promised.
I like the versatility it does charge items fast. I like the fact that it has a magnet to keep it together. Sometimes I find the flip to the usb a little in the way. But it is removable. I use the case it comes with to transport it, but not necessary. It has its own wrap Velcro.

Last Cable you will need
I don't go anywhere without my inCharge. I funded the XLs on Kickstarter and have bought a few of each length since then on Amazon. The 6ft length makes a perfect long cable. I have the 10ft length too, and while it's sometimes needed, most of the time I'm complaining about too much extra cable lying around. I used to have 50+ random cables that came with products I've bought over the years, thinking I needed to save them all because I might need them. I now only use these cables for power delivery. They are reliable, look great, and are easy to store. The only minor flaw (if you can call it a flaw) is that they wont always fit in tight spaces, even if you remove the adapter, so some of your devices may require a thinner, more traditional cable.

Stopped working but Company reached out.
Worked great when it worked. Stopped working after three weeks. Great concept, but not worth the price.Update: company reached out and offered a full refund. I was also informed that the cable has a 2 year warranty and they would replace. I was really not expecting that.Update: company also replaced the item. They have great service that you really don't see anymore.

Flip a coin. Heads it works; Tails it fails. (UPDATE)
I've updated the rating from a 1 to a 3. The company saw this review and offered a full refund. A company that will stand by its product in this day and age is really important. I still can't stsnd by this particular product but if they release a new one (and / or can explain why this one was so finicky) I'll come back to this company. I should add that it's possible I just got a bad one. I've heard no complaints from the person I gave the charger to. And their previous products have worked flawlessly for me.---I've been a supporter of this company since their first kickstarter. My keychain InTouch came in super handy over the years and lasted for a long time. So much so that I bought fife more as christmas gifts when they went on sale. I decided to upgrade to this charger (again buying more than one and using the second as a Christmas gift). Well ... it's just not up to snuff. It's so hit or miss as to whether or not it will charge that it's become useless. Let me explain.I'm a big weekend traveler. As such, it's pretty important to winnow down my travel supplies. This cable was supposed to be the solution to bringing multiple cables. It wasn't. It failed to charge several times in different locations with different devices. I can't believe I paid what I did for this cable (2x) when it's now been replaced with a $9 dirt cheap version. To be fair, the cable is sturdy and very well made. But, who cares if the thing doesn't work 1/2 of the time. I'll never buy another one and that's saying something.I'll also add I have not contacted the company about the problem so there is a chance that they would've / will fix it. I still think that for the price of this cable, I shouldn't have to borrow my travel companions' cords on 3 different trips. When it works, it does work though so congratulations to them for delivering power from a wall to a phone/tablet/speaker nearly half the time.
