Good so far!
Off to a good start with this power bank! It's bigger than I expected, larger than most car batteries, and heavy, but would be fine for van or car camping or a blackout backup power supply. It arrived with only one bar of power so I put it straight on to fully charge before using it, which seemed to take forever (okay, more like 12 hours!) and I wondered if I'd got a dud and would need to return it.Once fully charged, I used it for about five days. It charged rechargable night lights, my Chromebook twice (using AC), two tablets twice, a phone, and maybe more. That took it down to one bar again. The second charge was far faster, less than six hours.I'm hopeful this will be a good emergency back-up power supply, as well as enough to usefully power five days to a week of van camping. Excellent value if it lasts!

Good value for money and great portable power supply
For the money, this is a great portable mains power supply for small devices. Like other reviews, only real complaint is the 12volt cigarette socket does not seem to power much - tried to power a car tyre inflator but doesn't work and trips off but have used the Mains power sockets with a number of small tools (under 500 watts) and have not had any issues. USB power works well and lights are quite bright and useful.

Fantastic value but with a big drawback.
I decided to purchase this item as a back up to a solar power station I already own. As I was looking to increase the battery capacity of my system, but was put off by the high price of additional lipo batteries. which for a 100 Ah one cost about £400 plus the additional cost of charge controllers etc.So when I saw this item I decided to try it mainly because of the excellent price for the capacity it offered, and being as it was purchased through Amazon there would be no problem returning it if it did not reach my expectations. My original power station is an all powers 1.5kwh unit, so with this additional unit I have a combined capacity of 2Kwh which is powered by a 340wh solar panel which I am hoping is enough to keep my workshop going in typical British weather. The unit arrived within 3 days of my ordering it, which was excellent. It comes in plain packaging but is well protected, on opening I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the item it's Very well made. The top and bottom are made of plastic this is because the top of the unit is a wireless charger pad the rest of the unit is made of metal! Which is fantastic. My all powers unit is completely made of plastic and was nearly 10 times the price. It has a nice clear display which shows the battery level and which ports are being used ie USB or AC etc, it doesn't show power out or in but does indicate when the unit is charging.I really liked the quality of the buttons that turn the functions on and off they are all illuminated and feel of high quality. There isn't any Bluetooth or a App but then again for the price point you can't really expect it.As for performance in my opinion it has all the capacities as advertised except one!I fully charged it with the adapter provided which is claimed to be 90 watts, it's not it charges the unit at between 65 and 70 Watt hours which is exactly the same as mentioned in other reviews, I think the adapter is the problem not the power station. The adapter does seem to get very warm when charging. After some more testing I it turns out it is not the power adaptor causing the slower than advertised charging rate it is the power Station it's self. I made up a lead so that I could charge the unit from a 12 volt car plug. when I tried this the unit would not charge! After some experimenting it turned out that you need an input voltage of above 14 volts for the unit to charge hence the inclusion of the 15 volt supplied charging adaptor. So to get around this problem I bought a dc step up converter which cost about £8 on Amazon and tried again. With this device I was able to step the 12 volt supply up to 15 volt and the unit started to charge. However when charging by this method I noticed that the charging rate was down to only 35 watt hours well below the stated 90Wh! I tried increasing the input voltage but this has no effect. I suspect that the reason this unit is such good value is that to get it to this price point they have used a less capable charging regulator than you would find in more expensive devices of this kind.I have charged the unit From a 100 watt solar panel and this worked fine but when I tried it on a 340 watt panel it did not work. This again is down to the charging regulator. So I had to purchase a step down voltage regulator. From flat to fully charged with the supplied power adaptor took about 8 hours and used 610 wh if your wondering why it took 610 when the battery is rated at just under 500 watt hours it's because of the waste of energy because of the charger heating up etc and other efficiency losses this is normal.Once the unit was fully charged I plugged it in to power my work shop this drew a current of approx 110 Watt hours well with in the stated capacity of this unit, which is 500 watt hours. After just over 4 hours every thing turned off, when I checked, the unit had switched its self off owing too low battery. My power meter indicated that 410 watt hours had been used which is exactly the same as what other reviewers had found. You might think that the unit has not got the power capacity that is stated indeed one reviewer sent his unit back because he felt that he'd been misled, but what you have to remember is when you use a power station of this type the battery voltage is about 11.2 volts this has to be stepped up to 240 volts to run normal appliances to do this it uses a inverter this also uses power to work if you look on the internet there are some excellent articles about power inverters, they are only about 80% efficient, so if you put 100 watts in you only get 80 watts out! So if you take the 410 watt hours that the unit provided add on the 20% lost to the inverter this adds another 82 watts which equals 492 watt hours which is almost exactly the stated capacity of this power station. So the manufacturers have been totally honest and it does exactly what is supposed to do.To sum up I have taken a star off my original review because of the poor charging performance of this unit, this is not so much of a problem for me as I only use it as a back-up to my main unit. But if for instance you where using it to run a fridge etc while caravaning the problem would be that because it only appears to charge at about 35 watt hours in reality, it won't stay fully charged through the day as the input won't match the output. Plus my unit won't charge From a 12 volt supply. So to sum up if your going to use the unit by charging over night for use the next day or use it for back up emergency use it is great value. However if you need to have something that has the capacity to stay fully charged through the day while powering other items look elsewhere. I have contacted the seller about the unit not charging from a 12 volt supply but haven't had a satisfactory reply.

Overheating issues!
Charger overheated and broke the unit completely. I contacted the supplier who sent out another unit that had exactly the same issue. After using the new unit once, it stopped working with most devices. All the seller offered me was a partial refund of half the amount despite it seeming to be obvious that the charger is the issue.I now have two power stations that I can't just throw in the bin and are to dangerous to use. Was really hopeful that these would be good as they are very well priced but I'm afraid I can't trust it at all.I will say again. Please be careful of the charging brick. If it overheats let the company know and maybe they will change.

Taking too long to charge
Looks good and sturdy.Quite big and heavy for this parameters.I’ve seen on one review it takes 5h to charge from empty…oh I wish 🙏🏻I charged it already 3times, and it takes around 10-11 hours 😤it’s sooo looong and can not be used while charging ,which’s quite useless if you are on tent camping without power.I haven’t tested all plugins yet,so I’ll update later.

Fantastic value
I live on a narrow boat and wanted an extra source of power when moored up. This power pack is great and seems to power anything we require even a fridge freezer. We’ve only had this a few days and only time will truly test its reliability. I’m a few weeks time we are cruising so will update on its true performance but so far it seems a quality product and one that will be very helpful. **Update since we went out on the boat for a week. This product has been perfect and ensured we could keep all phones, iPads , watches and torches charged for the full time away and even left with charge. Definitely want to buy the solar panel to help enhance this device further but this has been an amazing product so without. This is a great product with everything you need for off grid moments ** I’ll update once we add solar panel.

What a bargain excellent
I don't write reviews often and when I do, it's because something is either very good, or very bad. In this case excellent.... first of all for the price you and capacity you won't find anything better as of 6th October 2023. Let's start with one negative but not really an issue for most people it takes about 8hrs to change even at 6amps. However I have tested it with a 200w solar panel and a 100w solar panel direct to the change port and it works on both and changing is good. A slow charge is always better anywayand the battery holds well. Multiple ports a good size capacity wise not to heavy very ruggered the company in my case were quick to answer questions and resolve very rare these days...overall 5 stars all round from me I will be buying another one dor sure. Hopefully you find this useful.
