Excited to try these! Deducted a star because the smell of the bottle is very gnarly. Will update after I've used the product a bit moreEdit: not sure it's doing anything, but the smell does dissipate after a while!

Really like these supplements, its great value for money and they seem very high quality compared to other ones ive tried on amazon.

Glutathione is an endogenous (body produced) antioxidants. It, along with superoxide dismutase and catalase, neutralize free radicals and prevent DNA damage. It’s difficult to absorb via the gut, but encapsulating it into fats (liposomes) makes it much more bioavailable (you absorb a lot more). I’m a fan, been using it for years. Though I don’t notice any short term effects as someone who is generally very healthy.

FYI- I got very sick with this supplement. It may have been because the gut can't handle glutathione supplements well vs it being a manufacturer problem. Regardless, the cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting were more severe than anything I've previously experienced.
