Superior absorption
Glutathione is an endogenous (body produced) antioxidants. It, along with superoxide dismutase and catalase, neutralize free radicals and prevent DNA damage. It’s difficult to absorb via the gut, but encapsulating it into fats (liposomes) makes it much more bioavailable (you absorb a lot more). I’m a fan, been using it for years. Though I don’t notice any short term effects as someone who is generally very healthy.

Don't grow old without it.
One of the realities of aging is that our natural production of glutathione declines when we need it most to fight oxidation and detox heavy metals like mercury, lead, aluminum, cadmium and arsenic. Horbaach has made the reduced form of glutathione available in a liposomal package for better bioavailability. I like the convenience of the capsules which are easy to swallow with no taste or aftertaste. I take one with lunch and another with dinner. The 90-capsule bottle is the better value.
