This acupressure mat is the bee’s knees, the cat’s meow, all the animal parts!!!!I literally stood on it as soon as I opened it, and it felt incredible on my poor, pain-ridden feet. They instantly cracked a whole bunch once I walked off of the mat. I normally use tennis balls on my feet, but this is way better.Also, I’ve had a lot of good experiences with both acupuncture and acupressure for muscle tension relief and migraine prevention, and this is no exception! I absolutely love it and highly recommend for anyone with chronic pain and stress. It’s an excellent way to relax in the morning before work and at night while trying to fall asleep.Per the instructions that come with the mat, I do recommend wearing a t-shirt at first while using the mat until you get used to it. If you have a lower pain threshold, it may be a bit uncomfortable at first if you go bare-skinned. You could also place a towel over the mat if you’re super sensitive at first!Additionally, the mat comes with a pillow and a very nifty drawstring bag to store it in. It’s super easy to role up the mat around the pillow and stuff it in the bag.10/10 highly recommend!

I have severe arthritis in my low back and I'm in pain 24/7. I'm always looking for something to help with the pain. If someone told me cutting off my pinky finger would help, I'd do it! I was reading the reviews for this mat and thought, how could this possibly help! But, for 25 bucks, I thought I'd give it a try. OMG! IT WORKS!!! I don't know how, but it does! I can be bent over in pain and lay on this crazy mat for 10-15 minutes and get up PAIN FREE!! It's gotta be witchcraft!! LOL!! I use it before going to bed and sometimes fall seep on it. I've told several friends about it and they bought it and had the same results. If you're skeptical, give it a try. You're going to be surprised!!
