I bought these to compliment other plastic soldiers and tanks that I have bought to play with our seven years old Grandson.They are always kept in a case and played with indoors, he also tends to play quite gently with his toys and so the durability is not in question.In respect of the build quality these toys are a mix of both plastic and metal. The helicopter blades, plastic, as an example, do come off the helicopter but are easy to clip back into position.Overall we are very impressed with both the detail, build and durability for what we wanted when playing with them as described.They are not "corgi Die Cast metal" of old type quality and functionality, but they, if still produced, would not be sold at the price that these are either.With the above in mind I recommend them.Hope that this review helps you :)

They were advertised as die cast but they weren't fully die cast at all. Was a bit disappointed as it was a gift

Great range of fire vehicles. Bought for my son who loves small cars and helicopters. He has loved pushing the engines around and they push well on carpet and hard floors. Great detail on each engine and helicopter.

Ok for the price and my grandson seems pleased but more plastic on them than i expexted

Decent products, my son likes all of them. One broke down after a few weeks. Could be more durable

Good quality plastic but be aware the guns are easy to break. My son loves them!
