Best hand cream for eczema
I work as a nurse and have to use hand sanitizer/soap all day, which makes my hands extremely dry and irritated. I started developing red itchy patches on my hand that lasted MONTHS and was prescribed a short-term steroid cream for eczema, but I think O'Keefe's has helped just as much or more. It's the only lotion I've found that both leaves my hands feeling super hydrated but also fully absorbs and doesn't feel greasy or sticky. It's done wonders for my hands. I'd recommend using it daily (or more if you wash your hands frequently), even when your skin is feeling more hydrated. I've noticed that using it consistently really helps makes my skin look and feel so much better vs. just using it every now and then. I don't notice a huge difference between the regular cream and the eczema relief cream. Both seem to work just as well for me. The eczema cream bottle is a bit smaller. When I first ordered this, I did get an empty package like someone else said as well. But Amazon was quick to send a replacement that arrived the next day and both were in there that time.

This works where steroids failed
I was prescribed two strengths of steroid cream for severe, painful eczema on my calf. I tried the steroid cream for two years. I purchased Okeefe’s eczema cream 90 days ago…and now the eczema is almost healed completely! The eczema was painful, felt like sandpaper, and the inside of my calf was stinging like I brushed my leg in nettles. Pain is gone, rash almost gone completely…in 90 days.I apply the eczema cream and followed up with the hand cream. I believe the hand cream helped seal in the eczema cream. In any case, O’keefes healed in 90 days where steroid creams failed in two years. I’m going to share this information with my doctor.

Truly a MUST HAVE esp. if you get eczema
I get dyshidrotic eczema (aka pompholyx) badly on my hands and O'Keefe's Working Hands is the BEST product I have found for it. It's worked even better than prescription lotions/ointment I used. It gets rid of the eczema and keeps it away as long as I use it regularly (2-3 times a day usually). It's great for keeping hands smooth and moisturized.I almost never bother to actually write reviews, but decided to for O'Keefe's because it helped me so much with something that was causing me a lot of pain and irritation and wanted anyone else out there with the condition to give this a try if they haven't already. It could really help.

Empty package
I have used O'Keeffe's for a long time and it is a great product, which works better than anything I've ever used. However, there was a problem with the order. I happened to be home working in my garage, the garage door was open. The Amazon truck pulled up and the driver handed me two packages that I was expecting. I opened the first one, and everything was there and in order. But the second one which was supposed to be O'Keeffe's hand cream and eczema cream was an empty package, nothing was there. Too bad for me.

Like magic, glad I tried it!
I have a job where hands are washed often, which leads to dry and cracked skin very quickly. Thought I would give this product a try and while my skin isn’t perfectly smooth after a few days, it definitely makes a HUGE difference and seems to protect the skin longer than other products I have tried. Hoping after a few more days of consistent use that my skin will continue to improve.
