Easy to use , quite sturdy , shape of the container makes it easy to store in small spaces, the strainer helps to keep the cooking oil clean from fried leftovers. Will recommend to family and friends.

Good bacon fat/oil strainer. The filter is fine but it won't filter out fine particles so I use a coffee filter paper to filter this out. The metal is very thin and it claims to be 308 quality stainless steel so it should be fine for food use. If you're doing pan frying, the volume may just be enough but it certainly is not enough for deep fat frying. It's dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Recommended

This is fab! Worth buying to save left over oil.

I wish I bought one of these when I first started home ownership. If you're into cooking eggs and you like clean oil I would definitely say get one of these. I would say it claims to hold 1.4 l, however, if you put even a full litre in it, then wear the sieve sits. The oil will be above that so it won't actually strain it, however, you can easily put 3/4 of a litre into it each time, which if you're using a 7-inch pan for frying, eggs is ideal

The design of this product is practical - it's adequately sized, user-friendly and cleans up easily. However, it's primary function, filiering, is underwhelming. The filter screen is not fine enough to catch smaller debris, which means you frequently have to re-pour the oil several times to achieve a clear result. This inefficiency makes the process tedious than it should be. I have since tried other type that perform this basic task much more effectively.

It is good size . Has a plate to put it in and another lid to cover it . The sieve looks fine . The steel is not very thick but it’s only to take out used oil . Happy with it .

It does its job. Thickness is just right.

Il contenitore è in acciaio inox, così come il coperchio, il piattino (non scontato), e il colino. Il colino, in particolare, ha maglie fittissime, così da pulire l'olio anche dai rimasugli più piccoli, e il fatto che sia di acciaio fa sì che sia facilissimo da pulire, con ottimi risultati.

Nice container and gets the job done

Je l'utilise pour stocker l'huile après avoir fait des frites. L'huile reste magnifique, comme si je ne l'avait jamais utilisée, et ceci même après plusieurs utilisations! Ce qui fait noircir l'huile, c'est les restes de frites qui cuisent plusieurs fois dans l'huile et donc deviennent noir et provoque l'apparition de ces particules cancérigènes. Donc achat absolument nécessaire pour quiconque tient à sa santé

Ich habe es zum Rausfiltern von Kernen aus Himbeer- und Trauben-Marmelade verwendet. Funktioniert super! Sieb ist fein genug, sitzt fest, es hat fast ein ganzes Marmeladenglas im Sieb platz. Man kann sauber die Marmelade durchstreichen und sie dann sauber vom Topf wieder ins Glas umfüllen. Natürlich darf man den Topf nicht auf den Herd stellen, sonst schmilzt der Griff! Für meinen Anwendungsbereich perfekt, hab für meine Mutter auch gleich eines gekauft :-)
