This book is full of beautiful recipes from our beloved elderly grandmothers as well as their stories, which in itself is a treasure. It’s beautifully written and will no doubt produce the sort of food that warms the heart and soul. To the author, Anastasia, thank you for taking the time to record these priceless recipes which would otherwise be lost once these gorgeous women are no longer with us. You’ve done an exceptional job and we are most grateful.

Easy Peezy…It is now my go-to gift for birthdays, showers and housewarmings.Congratulations on such a beautiful legacy book. 🙌🙏 the recipes are traditional and consistent with the ones that I have from my own Yiayia and mom. The photographs of these wonderful women in their home environments are something that I only dreamt of having had with my own family. It makes me nostalgic. Buy one for yourself and everyone else in your family.

I love this cookbook. The recipes aren’t as numerous but soooo much better than the huge Greece cookbook by Phaidon. If you have a choice, buy this one.
