Been using this sucker for a few months now and I got to say wow am I impressed first off suction killer hard time sucking up or want to clean faster crank up the speed battery works pretty good. I can do my whole 2300 square foot house on one charge on normal speed. If I do high speed I can still almost get the whole house done. But what I found is that I run normal speed through the whole house. Vacuum high speed only if need be. Works on cars. Really good works on carpets really well. Hard floor really well. Easy to unplug if you pick up something too big. Wash everything to get the dust off filters and everything. Let dry good to go bags. Easy to replace stand works great charges fairly fast. Looking at getting a second battery. Very impressed with this thing

I've had this for almost 1 year and I love it. It is so nice not to have to empty a bin when a cloud of dust flies in my face and on my clothes. It's quiet, is lightweight, it's powerful, and after I vacuum I put it on the charger and hit one button and all the dirt is gone. About once a month I need to change the bag. But I have two Siberian Huskies so I am vacuuming daily. I love this vacuum. Great maneuverability, the battery life it's not a problem because it has a time telling you how much longer you have. Very easy to use overall in a great value for money. I recommend this product.

I’ve been researching stick vacuums for a while now. I was mostly focusing on the Dyson models, but couldn’t find one that met my needs. They were either not powerful enough or too expensive. Plus you need to change heads on all the Dyson’s depending on if you’re vacuuming hardwood or carpet. Then I came across the bespoke jet and it met all my needs on paper. I’ve been using it for a few days now and I can easily say I love it! It’s not as powerful as my corded Shark vacuum, but it’s so much more convenient. It does a great job on both my hardwood floors and my carpets. It’s light, it’s much quieter than my corded vac, and it’s super convenient to easily be able to vacuum around the house without constantly having to find outlets to plug into. On the mid setting, which is mostly what I’ve been using, the battery lasts about 20-25 minutes. It would be nice if it lasted a bit longer, but I can usually get through all my vacuuming before it dies. The stick itself extends to make the vacuum longer, which is a really useful feature. It can easily be removed so you can use the vacuum as a handheld, and you can vacuum both hardwood and carpet with one head. No need to change heads. And of course, the absolute best part about this vacuum is the stand w/ the auto empty feature. When I’m done vacuuming I just pop it on the stand, push a button and my canister is cleaned out. I never need to manually empty it, which always gets dust everywhere on other vacuums. The setup with stand looks great too. I’ll eventually need to change out the bag that collects the dust in the stand, but it comes with a few extra, so I’ll be set for a while. We’ll have to wait and see how the vacuum holds up over time, but as of now I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I’m going to end my review here so I can go vacuum some more.

I gave this product four stars because of the weight of the wireless vacuum itself, and its stiffness in use in tight places, also its lack of an LCD light at the floor! BUT It has better vacuum than the wireless vacuum cleaner it replaces, and it "automatically" dumps the "dirt" into a bag contained inside the stand. The bag can then be removed from the stand, when full, disposed of and replaced by a new one. A dramatically better process for removing vacuumed material than on any other wireless vacuum I have used. the points I have taken away may be considered a "nit" by others except, perhaps, the absence of a light at the floor. Even so, from my point of view the vacuums good points, and features, far and away outweigh those negatives I first mentioned. It is a very good vacuum SYSTEM! even though it is more expensive than other cordless vacuum cleaners, this should be thought of as a SYSTEM! More than just a cordless vacuum. I like it.

I'm returning the product after less than a year of use. Usha and Dikshitha at Samsung couldn't have been more obnoxious and unhelpful when I reached out for support. You'd honestly think they were personally profiting from Samsung sales. It got to the point that, while I was on Samsung chat, I reached out to Amazon. Usha and Dikshitha were both badgering me for a delivery date of the product. I bought it on 11/24/23, it was a Christmas gift, and it wasn't even used until well into January of 2024. Instead of taking my word and allowing leeway they wouldn't budge. This is when I reached out to Amazon about when the product was actually delivered (this was their 1-year warranty sticking point). Amazon told me when it was delivered, accepted that the product was terrible, and created a return label in less time than it took Usha, the supervisor, to get back to me about one question. Not only am I returning this, but I will never buy a Samsung product again. I own a TV of theirs and a tablet, and I've been less than impressed with both of those, so it's no loss to me. Moral of the story—Amazon was far more helpful, and I appreciate their service. Samsung is a joke, and I hope folks consider that before purchasing any product like this. I had a Dyson for years, and their service was far superior. You can't sell vacuums, with expensive parts, and expect people to accept that they have to jump through a bunch of hoops to simply have it fixed at a reasonable cost. My lesson was learned.
