Should have invested years ago! ### ⭐ Useless product *by A***I on 20 March 2026* It’s absolutely useless ### ⭐ Disappointed with broken part upon opening *by S***Y on 27 April 2025* I was very disappointed to find broken parts when I opened the box today. I had carefully read all the positive reviews before placing my order (£203.19), trusting the Bosch brand. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any customer service contact, so I’m leaving my feedback here. I was really looking forward to using this for my recipe. I’ve always bought Bosch tools — from screwdrivers to jigsaws— and this was my first time buying Bosch kitchen equipment. The broken part is the plastic top where you feed the meat in; it doesn’t seem very sturdy. I was excited to prepare dinner, carefully unpacked everything and washed the parts thoroughly before first use, only to discover the damage. Overall, quite disappointed.
