Need to inquire about undelivered items which has yet to be refunded for almost a month. Thanks.** A: Some times. **Q: Do you need to take the lid apart to scrub and clean? Or is the dishwasher sufficient?** A: The small insert that slides to close the opening is easily removed so that you can clean the lid well. Stuff will collect in there. Also, handwashing is recommended, the chlorine bleach in dishwasher detergent and high water temperature/hot drying will destroy the rubber seal quickly and cause faster wear to the plastics as well as reducing the seal’s strength. **Q: does this keep coffee hot or warm after couple hours?** A: It does a really good job for keeping it hot for a couple of hours and warm for another 1 or two depending on your definition **Q: Do the different sizes nest/stack well? 12oz in 20oz? 16oz in 28oz? Or all 4? Any photos of this? Trying to compare how Yeti sizes nest / stack too.** A: I don't know the answer. I have the 16 ounce. I would think that one could stack them. I bought the red one and it is superb. I am just guessing that they would be wide enough to stack them, but, I am NOT sure. It’s a bit flimsy and could do with a redesign but, it’s workable and just don’t over fill the flask otherwise it leaves residue around the opening and not nice. Other than that, it’s the best flask/travel mug I’ve ever used! It’s simple to clean quickly, the lid fits snug and the heat retention is amazing. I can still have a hot coffee 4 hours after making it!
