Update: Customer Service was excellent and sent me a replacement mister. Works perfect. Very happy.Bought two of these misters. First one was perfect. Second one leaked significantly at the stand connector. Re-connected, checked tubing, re-inserted tubing, with no change. One of the misters leaked significantly. Changed the mister and no change. Basically I paid for two and got one. Really not happy with this horrible product quality. However, the one that worked is really nice. But a 50% product quality is not acceptable.

what a great idea !however this is such a poorly & cheaply made product I wouldn't accept it if it was free !its just so cheap and flimsy there's no way it will ever stay upright with the provided standand if you try to adjust the misters they leak like crazy from the basesave your time & money and try a different mistercheckout the Orbit 10360 Flex Cobra Portable Mist Stand it's much betterit usually costs $15-$30

What a hot summer! I purchased two of these to cool my flock in 90-120 degree heat. At first they hated it but before long then were running under it to cool off. No more panting for my babies!Pro: Up and cooling in under 5 minutes. movable nozzles. Has a pressure handles to slow the stream of water. Does what you need it to.Con: nozzles would get blocked every few days. Had to buy extra nozzles, but it is worth it to keep my birds cool.

Provides cool Mist but I can't get it to stand up, the misting tubes fall right over and have a crease and bend in it. Not a great product unless you are on the ground. In arizona it is wayvto hot for that

The item arrived, packaging wS good. On opening the item box one of the extension pieces, and the small O ring were missing. It was easy to assemble (with available parts), and seems to work fine. I will need to find a work around for the lack of extensions. The mist is very fine, probably would not work in a windy area.

The media could not be loaded. *1 month Update* two of the misters quit working. We didn’t mess with or move it. One has zero water coming from it; the other drips like a leak. So we tried some troubleshooting to no avail. Unfortunately there is no link for contact customer support, so I’m stuck with this and changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. It should’ve worked longer than 3.5 weeks.Got this on a lightning deal, what a fabulous find! We have misters on our patio but wanted some relief for our tables a little further away. The arms bend in every which way and what I really like is that there’s a little on/off switch close to the unit itself which means I don’t need to walk to the hose bib to turn on or off. Very convenient, especially in Arizona heat! My dogs love it, too. They sit right next to it anytime it’s on.
