I bought it on sale. It’s decent for the price. It’s very easy and quick to adjust and is solid. It seems to be made well and I can easily move it around the room. It doesn’t collapse for storage so it does take up a little space. My only real complaint about it is the dimensions. I am 5’ 3” and I find the bench is too tall for me (no incline) to do the “step up” lower body exercises. I’ve been using a nearby couch instead. I was at a hotel and using their gym when I noticed that the bench there was several inches shorter than mine. I thought they came pretty standard but I guess not (my bad for not researching that). My husband is 6’ 1” and he’ll be able to use it for this purpose without a problem. But…for exercises where I am on my back (also bench is flat with no incline), the length is perfect. If it were any shorter, my butt would be in the crack between the two padded sections and it would hurt (and also be bad form). In this case, my husband won’t be able to make it work. Maybe he could just lay on the floor for those moves. So in sum, solid equipment at a good price that’s easy to adjust.
