Complete Perfection
It fit my 2011 Ford Ranger perfectly and works just fine! Would definitely recommend to anyone. The light strip is also very easy to install. The light strip also looks as intended and provides great visibility from the rear.

Great So Far
First Day Review: I bought the 3 row, 60" strips a few weeks back and just installed them last night on my 2016 F150 XLT Super Crew. I liked them so far. Here are some thoughts: - 4-pin Trailer Harness: Before installing anything, I wanted to test out the 4pin harness connection. I opened the box that the LEDs came in and pugged them right into my 4 pin trailer hookup. All the signals and LEDs worked, but there seemed to be a delay. For example, when the flashers were on, the amber lights on the LED strip would come on a split second too late and not finish before another blink was fired. It was off. Next, I drove around for about 20 minutes with the trailer connection and the LEDs in my bed. I kept receiving trailer connecting and trailer disconnected messages. So I did not use the 4pin harness. - Wiring: I did not use the 4pin connector and did not want to splice into the wires in the trailer hookup wiring. Instead, I spliced the wires at the driver's side backlights (for power, left blink, reverse and ground) and the passenger side (for right blinker). I ran new wires down to a central point near the driver's side. I had to do a few searches to find which color wire was what... but once I did it all came together easily. Not sure if this approach was best, but it worked for me. I will need to go back later and make sure the wiring is 100% watertight with some type of a junction box. And I need to add some protective plastic shielding where the wires touch metal. But I just wanted to get this done last night. - Installing the LED Strip: The strip comes wrapped around itself, in a small-ish box. When I was ready to install them on the truck they kept trying to roll back up... this made it tough to do (more about this below). If I was to do this again I would have laid them out for a few hours (or overnight) so they flatten out. Before installing I cleaned the bed thoroughly with soap/water, a degreaser, and made sure it was dry. Once clean I used took time to center the strip and placing a small piece of electrical tape onto the bed of the truck and the strip to know where the center point is in case it moved. I started on the side of the drive, peeling off a little tape. I applied a bead of rtv silicone adhesive to the bed and pushed the stip against the bed, holding it there for a minute or 2. I worked my way across the bed, ensuring it was lined up/even with the bottom of the tailgate (where I thought it looked best. I had some issues with the beginning of the strip pulling up by the time I go to the end. And then I had issues with the end once I went back to the beginning. I ended up jamming a roll of electrical tape on both ends for an hour or so to ensure it stayed. - Overall: They are super bright. That is both awesome and might be weird. Awesome for more visibility to bad drivers around me. And being able to back up with more light is great. Weird because of them just being too obnoxious. If someone in the car behind me is blinded, that sucks. I may need to have a buddy drive the truck while I drive a car to see. Again I dig these so far. I will update with pictures and more thoughts as I have them.

Absolute utter garbage, less than a month section out, running completely out, support inexistent
This Review is for the "Nilight Truck Tailgate Light Strip 48" Aluminum Frame" Arrived quick and in very nice packaging. Looked very good and sturdy manufactured. Installed in a breeze. But after installing I noticed, that my cheap 17$ Flexible LED Strip (In Video below Tailgate right above the bumper) performed much better and accurate than the Nilight aluminum Nilight Bar in the center under the back window! In the Video you see initially the problem, when the Hazard Flashers are on, sometimes Nilights LED Bar flash sometimes the Break light comes on totally random. Below as mentioned you see the cheap 17$ Lightstrip doing what is expected! I have then at 0:29 in the video included all other Functions to proof that the wiring is correct. 0:29 Left only, 0:35 Right only, 0:44 Reverse. This is proof that both (Nilight Aluminum Bar and the cheap 17$ Lights) are wired the same way. I contacted the Manufacturer and uploaded the same video on their Website. I got a confirmation form received and from then on tons of commercials spam mails. But they never cared to reply. I'm ordering now a competitor... But in the meantime after less than a month installed, the running LED-Lights don't work at all anymore and the Break Lights have a section out. See Pictures. As I got no reply from manufacturer, I contacted Amazon and they refunded my order. But the time and work you invest in such a installtion is great, so highly reccomend staying away from this Nilight Product I can not judge other nilight products, but based on the ignoring customer service I can make my opinion...

This product is awesome , lights all work on a different LED line so brake lights and signal lights work when used at same time. Four way flashers are very impressive amazing to look at. Running lights stay on when lights are on, and back up lights are so bright you can see long distances when using it. It also customizes the vehicle you have them on. This product is well worth the money. Highly recommend this product. When you receive it in the mail you will receive these items: 1 heavy duty light strip 60 inches long , 3 clips with screws , and the plug and play wire set. Also the adhesive on the LED strip has a very strong holding strength , I give this product a strong 10 out of 10. Well worth paying the extra money as you do receive a heavy duty set. AWESOME PRODUCT.

Super bright LED's/ like sequencing turn signals/no instructions to connect to wiring only plug into truck trailer socket leaving an exposed wiring connection/should be hidden in brake lights compartment. Cliff

Very easy to install, very bright. Did the mount on the bottom of the tail gate rather then under it.. As we transport rocks and soil and they get stuck under the tail gate when unloading, they would crush the LED light bar if mounted in the standard position. Will buy another one for the trailer... Update, the right side turning signal just stopped working, will ask for replacement...That said the lights are great and bright when they work...
