Taste really lemony, fizzes quickly and all dissolves. seems to work - feel better for using them

I use this product for replacing fluids lost through exercise, also found that I can prevent headaches worsening with these tablets as well. Taste is natural and not too overpowering

The media could not be loaded.  These hydration tablets are really pleasant tasting. If you've not used hydration tablets before its worth noting that they make the water feel more dense due to the amount of vitamins and minerals in. It leaves the water having a consistency of milk almost. I have tried lots of similar tablets in the past, what I like about this one is the flavour, the lemon is more cloudy lemonade tasting that bitter like others I have used in the past.I don't use these for sports recovery. I tend to use them for when I am feeling a bit rough, i.e. not enough sleep / headache / too much beer / stress. I find they do help my head feel less cloudy and often relieves a headache which has to be better than going straight to the paracetamol. These are no different, they work and have the desired effect.These particular tablets dissolve in water within less than two minutes and don't require additional stirring, maybe a glass swirl towards the ed of the drink though. They dissolve really well without leaving sediment at the base of the glass.These have caffeine in which I haven't had in a hydration tablet before. But it is only a very small amount at 4mg when compared to a cup of coffee at 40mg.So I think these are pretty good.

This is quality and good value. However a whole tablet is too fizzy to quench your thirst on a really long run so beware of that if your relying solely on this, you may need to water it down or take a separate plain water.

These are great for having after a tough gym session or a tough drinking session - I've thoroughly tested it on both fronts and its a winner.I took these with me on a lads holiday to Spain and the other lads all ended up ordering themselves some they were so impressed.They taste good and seem to have more in them than other brands I've tried, the drink just feels more substantial and I can feel that benefit after drinking.Great stuff!

Excellent hydration tablets. Can sort your hydration out very quickly. Tablets are large but they dissolve quickly. The flavour is good and not strong unlike similar products. Have not experience any negative side effects. Easy to transport around if you need them after the gym for example. Good for mornings after a heavy night before. Highly recommended.

A 2 pack of 20 effervescent tablets for £8.99 is a good price. I have noticed in recent years that the price for this type of rehydration, electrolyte drink has increased, I expect because the demand is so high. I am impressed by the taste of this drink; it does seem to have a natural lemon flavour without too much sweetness. Despite the mention of sweetener, and no added sugar, it doesn’t taste sweet at all. It has a pleasant taste to it and when trying to rehydrate and replenish with electrolytes, drinking an overly sweet drink isn’t my preference so I’m welcome to this taste. It’s refreshing. I do quite a lot of running and HIIT so rehydrating is important to me after a workout, especially as I can suffer with headaches throughout the day too, which I put down to the salts and minerals being lost through exercise. One tablet dissolved in 250ml of water took around 2 minutes to completely dissolve. There was no powdery residue left in the glass, despite looking like there was some sediment floating on the top of the drink. I can honestly say that this is my preferred brand of electrolyte drink in future. It tastes good, dissolves well and isn’t too sweet, when long distance running, this is important to me. Thumbs up.

Great flavour, easily dissolved and these have some really important vitamins and minerals that the body often needs replenishing after a workout. I love they help me get hydrated and give me the beneficial vitamins and minerals needed. I like the lidded tubes they're in as they're easy to pop in a backpack without taking up much space or worrying they'll get everywhere, also keeps them fresh. A great refreshing boost!
