Convenient and efficient - works well
I bought this as an exact replacement for the amplifier in our house, which had stopped working. Easy to fit, plugged sockets in and everything woring again. Easy job to do

Restored lost signal
This has replaced a 20 yo 4-way splitter/booster (one output further passively split) and separate passive uhf/vhf combiner, which slowly dropped signals on each output at different rates until no TV/pvr had any signal at all. This SLx allows all 5 outputs with built-in radio combined plus 4/5G filter. A 6th output has extra boost, but not needed here as I now have a solid tv signal on all devices in all rooms. Some reviews suggest an adjustment which easily breaks, but this item has no adjustment at all. For my setup at least, output signal strength is in the good zone.

Simple but effective booster.
Just plug in and connect device aerial cables. Boosted my TV signal rating from 6's and 7's to 9 and 10 even for a set on a long cable run. Pity they don't explain the blanking plug which presumably is for the through feed if you do not use it. Pre formed mounting slots are for horizontal mounting only. If you are in a very weak signal area the manufacturers advice is to insert it as near to your actual aerial as is possible, probably in your loft and with a power supply.
