It is great in all aspects! I went across a field with no issues, very stable and love that it goes up to 12 mph, my old one only went 2 mph so even a slight incline you crept. Great for anyone with limited mobility!!!

This has 3 speeds and the 3 speed nearly knocked me off the scooter. It is very fast. I usually use it on speed 1 and 2. I love it and can't believe how cheap and well built it is for the price.

Buyer beware. Arrived damaged, would not fix, would no return callsPOWER BAR IS CHEAP buy a scooter that has handlebar power. DON'T BUY, Amazon won't help you.

For starters, the product came in 2 separate boxes. I got the first box which was the seat, and the baskets (front and back) then another 2.5 weeks later I got the rest. Very hard to put together when your handicapped First off I’ll preface by saying I have carpal tunnel and gout in my hands and knees. The accelerator is too hard to handle and only on the right. The break is on the left and very tough to handle. The light cannot reach the ground because the basket is in the way so it hardly lights up the road. The turn radius is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They should’ve put the rear wheels on the front and vice versa. I’ve driven a LOT of scooters but nothing as bad as this. When you accelerate, it takes a minute to start rolling. The seat feels small. And when you put your feet up on the spots where your feet are supposed to go and you go into a curve, your feet are in the way. The good points are that when you let go of the accelerator, it doesn’t abruptly stop but it slow rolls to a stop. Awesome! And the speed. It goes fast. But it doesn’t hold a 15 mile charge. Not even half that. Needless to say I’m returning it.

The scooter I received is poorly designed - is way too fast to provide SAFE transportation to seniors or individuals with mobility challenges.The turning radius is not 5ft is 7+ making it impossible to navigating it inside an average furnished house.Is NOT approved for air transportation.The stated weight capacity is 300lbsThe instructions manual included with the scooter indicates a maximum weight capacity of 265lbs.Reverse button gets stuck causing the scooter to go backwards longer than intended.I give 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ to Amazon for their assistance with the return and the 100% refund

I absolutely love my new scooter!..The only concern I have is it takes about 8 maneuvers to make a 3-point turn! Hopefully as I use it that will ease up!

Excellent mobility scooter. Very cute red scooter has drawn compliments from several people asking about it. It operates very simply and reliably. Only hiccup was that the metal basket came damaged, but they replaced it right away; a 5 Star service experience.
