Re-vamped: 3 (My Sister the Vampire)

My daughter aged 9 really enjoyed this book. She read it every night and found it hard to put down.

This is my childhood series that is very close to me and I have been growing my collection. The book was a bit tattered since it was used but otherwise was still in relatively good shape

My granddaughter loves these books and so I bought 3 for her. They are not about vampires as adults think of them. She is eight and loves reading.

Cant really give a review on this product as it was for my granddaughter but she seemed to like this series

i enjoyed this book but when it came to me in the post i found that it had already bits torn. so if it was not torn it would deffinatel be a 5 star rating.

Great read

RE-VAMPED is the third book in the "My Sister the Vampire" series. They are very fun, enjoyable books. It's the story of Olivia and Ivy, identical twin sisters, but one of them, Ivy, is a vampire. This is not the typical vampire novel where undead, fanged vampires hide in the shadows, thirsting for human blood. Ivy is a Goth teenager, who happens to be a vampire. Some of her best friends are vampires, too. They are part of a larger vampire community who want to live out their vampiric lives. In this book, Ivy and Olivia try to find their birth parents and to determine if Olivia is part vampire. This book gives an alternate view of vampires, from being evil blood-drinkers to perhaps being your best friend...or your sister. This book is highly recommended.

Meine Tochter ist jetzt im dritten Englischlernjahr und kann die Bücher aus dieser Reihe problemlos lesen. Für alle Mädels, die auf Vampiergeschichten stehen zu empfehlen. Die Bücher sind aber noch etwas "kindlicher" vom Inhalt her, im Vergleich zu der House of Night Reihe oder ähnlichen Vampierstories, aber um das Englisch etwas zu verbessern durchaus geeignet.

My daughter loves these books and having read parts of a few of them myself, I have to say I agree. They are well-written and very age appropriate for the 8-12 crowd. I'm always concerned about what she's reading and I usually take the time to at least read a couple of chapters out of anything she's interested in, and these books are great. I would have no trouble recommending them to anyone whose children want to read them.
