Review: no brainer here. - It worked as intended with a short 3# hammer. I wouldn't have been able to do this job without this tool. 1 good decent hit, 3 total, and the darn thing was separated. Nice storage case. I'll probably never use it again in this lifetime; however, I am delighted with how easy it made my desertcart DIY suspension replacement (24mm drive axle socket, fork tool, and parts totaled less than $75 with desertcart compared to the autopart stores $230 that starts with an "A". ) that took less than an hour to complete. Lower ball joints, outer tire rod ends, and sway bar replaced. 2013 Volkswagen Passat.

This pickle fork set worked perfectly for removing ball joints and tie rods. Having multiple sizes in one kit made it easy to choose the right tool for the job. The steel feels strong and held up well under hammering without bending. Used it during suspension work and it saved a lot of time compared to struggling with stuck joints. Nice case for storage and a great value for occasional or DIY mechanic use.
