SrAl2O4: Eu : Dy, is a new material with higher brightness and much longer persistence, emitting green light and water color, where the green emits higher brightness, while the water is characterized by a longer life. SrAl2O4: Eu: Dy emits 10 times more light, 10 times more light and 10 times more expensive than ZnS: Cu. Excitation wavelengths for the strontium aluminate vary between 200 and 450 nm. The wavelength for green fluorescent is 520nm, for green blue version is 505 nm, while the blue version is 490 nm. The colors with longer wavelengths can always be obtained from strontium aluminum, at the expenses of a loss of brightness.
