When the package eventually arrived over 7 days late the bottom had been cut off the package. The polystyrene protection was broken, the plug and cable were dangling through the bottom with the plug broken. Fortunately with a replaced plug the oven isworking well which is a miracle. Where it had been I know not but it was a digrace!
