Q: Does anybody have the 155 pint and the 130 pint? I am wondering if 155 is overkill and if there is a difference in build quality? Standard basement

Basements are a bit cooler so I would suggest the 155 pt. Dehumidifier's are rated by pints at a certain temperature. You can find this information in the description. Typically the warmer the ambient temperature the more efficient your dehumidifier will perform.

Q: How to remove the flashing cleaning notification? I have already cleaned the filter and the condenser coil.

Push the button associated with the cleaning light to reset, or clean the humidity sensor behind the filter in front of the coils with light soapy water and spray bottle. Rinse with just water afterwards. Your dehumidifier will give a high reading for a short time after.
