I absolutely LOVE this little pot! I use it as a simmer pot and it holds up well. I can fit a decent amount of ingredients in the pot! It Would also be perfect for soups!! I will caution that the handles are metal, so definitely use pot holders after it’s heated up. It would be nice if the handles were silicone but other than that, it’s great! I would buy again!
