These sanding discs are a real game-changer, but here's a pro tip: make sure to invest in an intermediate pad for your sander to get the most out of them. Without it, you risk burning through your sander's pad, and those replacements don't come cheap. Trust me; I've learned from experience. The sandpaper itself is outstanding, easily lasting 1.25 to 1.5 times longer than regular granite sandpaper from Festool. And the dust extraction? Well, it's on a whole new level of amazing. However, be aware that they can clog up quickly if you're dealing with wet glue. Tried these out as alternative to Mirka Abranet disks, with my Mirka CEROS sander. They work at least as well, both in removing material and extracting dust, and they seem to last longer, at least in this fine grit. I plan to try other grits, and perhaps gradually switch over to these for all grits, as I consume my existing supply of Abranet disks.
