Just as advertised but better started using the first day noticed I didn’t have to get up several times that night. Have been using now for about a week and it’s just as advertised, has made a real difference for me. Have had no adverse side effects or stomach issues. Have stopped using the more expensive name brand products, was not having success with them. I was absolutely amazed and very satisfied with this product. Would very highly recommend trying! One thing is for sure, cost far less and worth trying out. The capsule is not difficult to swallow, I did not notice any taste or issues with the pill size

Works great no problems with my prostate.

I always avoid prescription meds when possible & after trying a lot of different products this is a good quality & pretty effective go-to with no stomach issues or other side effects for me. I took one star off because the price is high for the quantity. One bottle lasts a month taking the recommended three capsules a day which works best for me, & notably I haven't so far found a cheaper alternative that works as well. I would recommend this product to others.

Great supplement. It work for me. I started taking it and notice a little bit difference the 3rd day of taking it. I will buy again. Just don’t eat fat food or spicy food.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much, but I noticed immediate improvement when I started taking this supplement. I was already on flomax for a couple months which did help to improve my flow but I would say this supplement doubled the improvement that flomax gave me and that's only after being on it a couple weeks. Hoping that it might allow me to reduce or eliminate the flomax eventually.

hard to know if its working

Flomax x2 daily wasn't working well anymore. Started taking this and stopped flomax after two weeks. Sleeping through the night and increased pressure during the day time, no more rushing to the bathroom. It's been 6 weeks and I'm going to the bathroom less frequently. I've been dealing with BPH for over 10 years and I'm feeling much better today than I have in many years. No stomach problems with this.

Purchased these for my husband who was constantly getting up during night to urinate. These gave made an amazing difference.

Very bad on stomach, might be good for those who rat large fatty meals.
