Surprisingly sturdy and well made
This thing works really well if slow. If you try and roll the grooves too fast it squeezes out a sharp metal ring on one side of the groove which you then have to grind off. so it takes about 8 minutes to groove a 2" pipe by hand.We modified the handles so we could mount this in our ridgid 535 threader (they are just pipe anyway). This allowed us to roll the threads on 2" in about 2 minutes which was acceptable for the job we were on.I was very concerned that it wouldnt hold up but had no issues with it at all once we got the depth dialed in.You cant beat the price compared to other groovers available and it performed well on my month long piping installation and will be good for more.

Can't go wrong with Rigid
I haven't tried it yet but it's very new and crisp. Some new quick lock details I haven't seen before. Great packaging and delivery not too long. Better than 6 to 7 week wait at local distributors. Only a couple hundred more expensive at Amazon but delivery was included.
