I bought this chair along with a cheaper chair from Wensix, and while I personally prefer this chair more, the other chair might be a better value for some people. This chair fixes problems I had with the Wensix chair, so I'll go over that now. This chair has the ability to rotate it's arm rests, which is a pretty important thing to me, and it also personally has a more comfortable headrest and lumbar pillow. It's wheels also share the same color scheme as the rest of the chair, unlike the Wensix which has different color wheels. What's strange to me is the lack of a headrest pillow, or what would probably be a neck rest pillow. I personally probably wouldn't use it, as the slightly protuding headrest built into the chair is enough for me personally, though I would've liked to see one included, as there are holes at the top of the chair that seem built for one. This chair has great build quality, the material seems a bit more shiny and possibly more soft than the Wensix, but it all comes down to personal preference. The color design does not seem as sharp however, as certain blue highlights seem to not be cut evenly on my chair, but that's not a big problem. The lumbar pillow is also connected by velcro, which makes not using the lumbar pillow a little bit weird, but I don't know why you wouldn't be using it anyway. Also, putting together the chair is very easy, as this one comes with instructions. This chair also claims to recline 180 degrees, but my chair doesn't quite reach that, but I have no issue with this as it goes low enough for me, but it's something to consider.So the only reason why I would tell you to look for another chair than this one is possibly the price. There are definitely trade offs when it comes to purchasing this chair or another, cheaper chair like the Wensix. Or maybe a more expensive chair with a foot rest and whatever other features you can think of or care about. But if you want a simple and comfortable chair, than I would definitely recommend this chair. I will update this review with time as I see how this chair holds up over time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some specific personal complaints, but overall good and sturdy for the money *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2017* I bought this chair as an affordable option that could supposedly support my weight. My biggest complaint is that, at least initially, the backrest was very uncomfortable to my lower back--so much so that I used a pillow for the first few days. I have had less discomfort more recently, possibly because the cushions in the chair have softened or because I have adjusted from the back rest of my old chair. Nonetheless, something to consider.The package arrived somewhat worse for wear with a few noticeable nicks and scratches on the chair itself, but nothing that I found was worth complaining about. Assembly was quick and simple, requiring only a few panels of instructions, the provided Allen wrench, and no more than 15 minutes. Overall, the chair feels very sturdy with only some give in the backrest when leaning back. The backrest has specific latching positions that might not allow enough settings for some but are sufficient for me. The chair base is tall enough that I need not raise the chair, so I do not have to worry about the riser slipping, which is a common annoyance with computer chairs for me. My feelings on the turning armrests are mixed: while they do make certain positions more comfortable, I also frequently turn them by accident and have to readjust. Additionally, the armrests seem to have very different maximum heights with slight differences in the matching positions below maximum. Again, not a problem for me since I tend to rest one arm on my L desk, but this would problem be very annoying otherwise. The black isn't gaudy like a lot of gaming chairs. To me, the foot rest is pointless. I'm taller and my feet hang off the edge with my mid calf resting on the foot rest but I didn't buy this to lie down in. My only two things I have to complain about is 1. There is no adjust to have the seat tilted back a little and lock in place and the seat itself doesn't have too much cushion.
