I can't tell you how many pairs of straps I've ruined or lost, which is extremely inconvenient if you can't get them locally. I've always had trouble finding the "right" pair. My hands tend to get sweaty when I deadlift so pure Nylon isn't good for me; my hands tend to slip. It doesn't help if the facility you're training at doesn't allow chalk either.Cotton straps aren't bad but finding the correct width and thickness is difficult. If the material is too thin they will rip and tear easier. This can be really dangerous depending on the lift. If the material is too thick then excess strain is applied to your hands and circulation issues can arise. Plus your grip strength burns out quicker if the straps are too tight.The wrist straps from Uncaged Strength solve all of these problems, they're only $11.99 too! The width and thickness of the Nylon is perfect for my wrists and hands. I find that the skin around the area where your thumb connects to your hand gets rubbed and worn if too wide. The no slip rubber inlay is what really makes these for me. Even with sweaty hands I'm able to keep my grip tight without the straps getting damp and loose. This is key in maximizing the efficiency and quality of the movement to fully engage the muscles.I would highly recommend these straps to anyone on the market for a pair. You won't be disappointed! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid straps,nice rubber grip on them! *by P***T on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2018* Solid pair of straps. extra long for they work on an axle bar.Only negative, first use they were kind of slippery and hard to tighten into place. I had to chalk up and get them kind of broken in before they worked correctly. The straps have embedded rubber through out them which adds to their holding power. I like these for Strongman training.
