Easy installation. Easy to use. Affordable! Love the look! Only problem: still unable to connect to Wi-Fi. I’ll update once I figure it out.

First of all I should mention I am not a great fan of Tesla. Previously I had tried 2 other chargers and was lucky enough to be able to return them in time after malfunctioning before becoming the owner of very EXPENSIVE door stops. As I mentioned above I really didn’t want to buy a Tesla but questionable quality of other chargers forced me to settle on this unit, and in all honesty after using it for almost a year I’m glad I went with logic and not emotions. Although this charger is a bit more expensive than other comparable chargers none the less it is worth the price . Once you get passed hardware and software installations the rest is a cinch just plug it in and it negotiates with onboard car computer for maximum charge current, it will charge the car fully overnight without any surprises in the morning as I had the unfortunate experienced with 2 other units before buying this one. Although I’m giving this unit a five star rating but I’m unhappy with rigidity of its software very simple with no bells and whistles, does not provide users with an option to set car charging current to different value

Good looking, works well

I use this to charge my new Subaru Solterra. I was surprised to see Tesla selling a J1772 charger (this is the North American Universal standard not the Tesla standard) but was very confident in their technology. I was not disappointed, it worked perfectly and charged the car fully overnight. Be sure to put a dedicated 50 amp 240 volt circuit in, as the charger has multiple charging capabilities but to get the fastest charge times you need the 50 amp circuit. I am very pleased with this charger and will buy another for my work place use.

Used on an F150 lightening and an EQE350. Has one of the longer cords available to reach ports both in front and back of cars. The setup is a bit wonky and instructions don’t cover some of the connectivity issues the installer encountered. Tech support was helpful when contacted and have only had to hard reset the charger at the breaker box once since installing it over a year ago. The online tools that monitor Tesla chargers are also great to estimate long term costs, charging temp, etc.

Love the product until it just imploded. Watch the video. I ordered it in August 2023 and started using it in November. It’s April 2024 now. Hoping they will replace. It imploded on its own when I went to plug it back in after charging the car. Will update my review if this gets resolved. Right now, Amazon is saying I have no warranty or rights to return or get replaced. Clearly there’s an issue with the product I received.

It works well for Tesla. No issues of heating up. But WiFi never connects. There is no way I can get the Charger to be added on the Tesla app. All WiFi settings tried, 2.4 GHz also does not seem to work. Signal in the location is excellent, I even put a router right next to it, still would not connect.

El cargador funciona muy bien, si bien fue complicado conectarlo al wifi la configuracion de operacion es muy sencilla, literal solo es conectar configurar los amperes y listo. Las cargas se registran en la app de Tesla sin problema. El material se ve resistente y la calidad del acabado se ve muy bien, es liviano y fue sencillo instalarlo. (si bien llevo 1 mes usandolo, colocare actualizaciones) Si bien es sencillo instalarlo, recomiendo contratar a alguien especializado en caso de no contar con la instalacion previa a tu red de luz local.
