Had an issue with the transformer that was initially sent (the light sensor was malfunctioning). I reached out directly to the manufacturer who sent me a replacement. That's a great way to do business. So far the transformer works great and it was very easy to install. Can't beat the price for the functionality. I especially like that it allows for two separate lines to branch off it. Would buy again.

Transformer stopped working after one year. I took a chance that someone at SMY Customer Support would respond. I explained what I did attempting to troubleshoot and determined the transformer, not the wiring or the lamps, had failed. After a bit of a stumble thanks to translation, I asked for and will receive a replacement unit soon. SMY went above and beyond to satisfy me.

Owed/used less than a year and completely stopped working. ABSOLUTE Chinese JUNK!! When contacted, Customer Service said to buy another one. JUNK!!

Ordered this product because my old system had shot out. Had looked at several products and found that this would or should do the job. Took all of five minutes to set up works like a charm. The product resolved one item on my honey do list. Thank. You..!!!

I'm running about 60 watts of outdoor LED lights. The 14 year old transformer burned out and I replaced it with this one. Set up was super easy because it was already in the configuration I needed; turn on at sundown and off at sunrise. Two LEDs on the unit, one yellow, one blue display in this configuration in the dark and are easy to see, but not bright. There are two parallel screw terminals for two wire connections. I just connected two 12v lighting cables to one terminal. It's been working perfect for 2 weeks so far.

I would have returned this transformer after purchasing a couple years ago, but I hadn't installed and discovered its defect until the return policy had expired. Inexplicably, this unit seems to change its sensor around the time of the US time change. As Fall arrives, the light comes on for about a half hour then goes out for the night. Unplugging and plugging in was unhandy. The easier solution was to point a high-powered LED flashlight at the unit for 8-10 seconds. The light resets and then functions normally....every night during Fall and winter. In the Spring, it will go back to normal operation.

I purchased two units and installed them in the front and back yard. They worked great for a few months, until the front yard lights started looking dim. The output voltage on one unit had dropped and the lights were not as bright. The defective unit was replaced by customer service within a week. I’m very satisfied with the power supplies and the customer service I received.

So easy to use - works with halogen bulbs as well. Set it onto and walk away. Perfect.

Cheap product. Stopped working after 4 months. Power turns on but no there is no power supply being sent to the lights. Definitely not recommended.

It can happen when electronic devices fail shortly after installation or use. The timer worked flawlessly for two months then stopped working. Efforts to reset the timer failed. The company sent a new timer in a short period of time. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company in future.
