I purchased this tub filler some months ago. I was instantly impressed by the weight of the valve and construction. This is a beautiful tub filler that works very well and looks expensive for a great price! We are very please with it.

Looks beautiful, does its job but leaks remaining water after knobs are shut off due to design.

Updated my review as I said I would. Company reach back out and sent me a replacement faucet. I have not installed it yet but the fact that they sent a new one shows that they are willing to stand behind their product and fix the issues. This makes me feel much better about purchasing from them in the future. We can not get this faucet to stop spewing water every few seconds. I reach out to the company but I have no way to send them a video of it because the file is too larger to send on this forum. If they make this right I will update my review but as of now it is a piece of junk. It will do nothing but cause us to waste so much water. Not to mention it is annoying to listen to every few seconds

I recently used this tub faucet in a renovation for a flip, and it was the perfect choice! The design is super modern and pairs beautifully with my soaker tub. It’s very sturdy, well-made, and excellent quality. It complemented the rest of the finishings perfectly, giving the bathroom a sleek, high-end look. Highly recommend!

Installed this a few days after receiving it and as a whole it looks and works very good. My wife loves it and I’m ok with it and I’ll tell you why I’m only giving 3 stars. For starters it was missing the Allen screws that hold the head to the post (after taking all the foam out I found them in the box floating around), I had to use a different Allen wrench than what it came with as the one supplied was too small. Once I got it together and ready to mount I realized that the supplied water lines were too short and I had to go get extensions and more lines in order for them to protrude through the floor and be able to hook up the shut off valves and water lines. After completely installing and a test run, I find that the hose going to the handheld wand leaks so I double checked to make sure the lines were tight and realized the leak is actually coming from the twist valve on the handle itself where you can twist it from the side spray to head spray. So this can not be tightened as it is preset in order to twist for different settings. So, with that being said and absolutely needing to use it because we have our 3 year old granddaughter living with us, I did not do a return. For the price it should not have these issues and will most likely do something different later but again, we needed this as it’s the only bathtub we have but otherwise I would do a return. I am doing 3 stars because it does look great and the faucet works as it should other than the issues mentioned.

This product doesn’t even deserve a one star…we just had it professionally installed in our new build and it is a cheap piece of junk. The water pressure coming out of it is beyond slow and it leaks around the head.

This worked beautifully! And they gave a little bit more slack of braided line at the bottom, which was super helpful! I've worked with products in the past where it's so damn tight & miserable to work with. Wasn't the case. Good job.
