I’ve used it four nights now and have not waken with neck pain and headaches so I believe it must be helping. It is convenient for side or back sleeping. My only disappointment is the queen size really isn’t even a full size, but since your head stays in the center I don’t believe that is relevant. I have also used it behind my head while on the couch watching tv and it seems to help reduce the pain also.

Needed a new pillow for my ongoing neck pain and decided to take a gamble to purchase this one. I wanted a pillow that would help support my neck, alleviate pain and was cooling also as it gets hot here.When opening the package, I did not notice a strong smell so I was pretty happy about that. I slept on it and it was very comfortable sleeping on the side and back. I usually twist and turn in my sleep but I did not notice myself doing it much with this new pillow so it is helping me sleep better. I woke up feeling way less pain in my neck and shoulders as I usually do so I like this pillow so far and it seems to be working well.

I've had a ridiculously hard time finding a pillow that keeps me comfy at night but isn't 200$ I've trial and error'd dozens in the last 2 years. I do need a new mattress because i think i have an indent which isn't helping the pillow testing. My problem is that i wake up noticing the pressure spots on my skull. so i hoped this would fare differently. This was the only memory foam one, and it was recommended by a friend. Not as comfy as a high end down fill. But it's better than the poly fill ones that squish into hardened lumps, but i'm not a huge memory foam fan. The foam traps too much heat for me. That said, this holds my head in place as a back sleeper and doesnt lump up underneath my skull. But its also a bit too high and my shoulders ride up on it more than i'd like. I do like the firmness of the side walls for when i happen to roll to one side or another. My head and neck did feel great for the first week or so. But what i end up doing is just rotating this pillow out every couple weeks as I try something else.
