It installed in seconds and after the printer intialized, no more Error message and printer works!So far, so good. Easy to replace old fuser took no time to swap it out with the new identical fuser.I examined it and found no difference. I did weigh both fusers and the new one was only slightly heavier.After the printer powered on and initialized, the error message was to replace fuser was gone.Printing quality is as good or better than before the old fuser quit working.Here's to many a successful printing for some more years to come.One thing I noticed was there was no mention of how to recycle the old fuser. Other sellers require it to be returned or pay additional fee if it is not returned.Anyone have a suggestion on recycling the old fuser?

This Made in China unit is supposed to work in an HP 3600N Color Laserprinter, but it doesn't. I got a constant Fuser Error code, and it was seated as well as it could be seated. I removed and reseated it as best as possible, but either the electrical connector isn't made correctly for the printer, or there's some plastic molded on the fuser cart that shouldn't be there. It also seems to be slightly wider than the original HP unit. So I gave up after 30 minutes of trying, plus a few swear words, and put the original back in the printer. No problem with the original whatsoever, but it's getting very old and wanted to keep the old one as a backup spare. At $200+ per color invested in the toner section, I don't want to throw the printer out.I expect things to work when I buy them, is that too much to ask? There was no damage to it, also no instructions whatsoever, and shipped in a clear bag in a plain brown box.
