These really worked for overnight on a dementia man who gets upset during the night when the bed gets wet. Slept thru 11 hrs.! Has a 32" waist and the size was prefect. I would HIGHLY recommend these.

These are the best of the disposables. Comfortable, they don’t leak, and they keep you from embarrassment. They fit like clothing.

These Depend Night Defense diapers provide excellent overnight protection and give real peace of mind for sleep. The absorbency is very strong, and they hold up well through the night without leaks, even for heavier overnight use. The fit is secure and supportive, and the material feels soft and comfortable against the skin. They’re easy to put on, stay in place, and don’t feel overly bulky for an overnight product. The grey color is also more discreet than standard white, which is a nice touch. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that they can feel a bit thicker and warmer than daytime styles, and the waistband could be slightly more flexible for extra comfort. Overall, this is a reliable, well-designed overnight solution that I would confidently recommend for nighttime protection.
