A game changer !! Oh my god . I am 70 . I have been depressed . In a slump for 6 months . Can not seem to function. Been to all kind of specialists . Tried it all did it all . Cleaned up my diet . I have only been on this since early June. It does appear to be expressing some interesting results, sleep-wise don't really notice anything at all, not sure why they say that, but just overall, more energy and wellbeing, will definitely continue to order as I have read enough about this product to know it takes a while, so I am curious, as the long term benefits apparently are amazing, so we will see.

if need to allow the brain to shut off ( not literally) so to speak after literally! busy day this is a good way to assist the body to get the benefits of needed sleep I combine with my ALGAE CAl Calcium taken at night to allow one to enhance the other. works for me! or from time to time to combine with a GABA capsule if high strung! Das Produkt empfinde ich als sehr gut und in seiner Wirkung als optimal. Die Wirkung ist angenehm beruhigend und tritt 20 bis 30 Minuten nach der Einnahme ein. Bei mir reicht meistens eine Einnahme täglich, bei sehr viel innerer Unruhe nehme ich 2 mal am Tag eine Kapsel. Selbstverständlich sollte niemand nur aufgrund meiner Rezension dieses Produkt kaufen. Als Orientierung okay, aber am Ende reagiert jeder Körper unterschiedlich auf das Produkt.
