I originally bought it for my 4 month old the size 37.5cm but it was far too big. This picture is on my 2 and half year old. I will order the size 29.5cm for my 4m old. If you read up about amber necklace for babies they shouldn't be too loose you should be able to fit 2-3 fingers inside and it shouldn't be able to be lifted above their chin. But overall it's beautiful and my 2yr old is cutting her 2nd molars so itll be handy for her... great packaging also!!
