Bought this because I saw a review about different eyeliners on utube. This came out the best so I thought I would chance it, I already have three or four that don’t last very long. However this one stays put all day! In fact I went to bed with it on and in the morning it looked just as good!! I would highly recommend it ,my only concern is , because it’s so good, is it packed with chemicals that can hurt your eyes?🤔

I’ve been looking for an eyeliner for tightlining at the lash line (not the waterline), with no wing, and no primer. I tried both this Milani Stay Put and the L.A. Girl Ultimate Intense Stay pencil liners because of great reviews on YouTube. Both transferred/smudged a lot (the Milani smudged more). I don’t recommend either. I’ve also tried a free sample of the Clinique Quickliner for Eyes Intense pencil and it smudged only slightly with a bit of crumbling. It lasted all day and washed off easily with soap and water. It was decent/acceptable, but I don’t like the price of it. I’ll be going back to the Covergirl Perfect Point Plus liquid eyeliner. Although it does flake by the end of a 12 hour day, it’s not as much as others. It’s very pigmented, applies uniformly, and the drawn line lasts the whole day. It doesn’t transfer/smudge, is fairly water resistant (not waterproof), washes off easily with soap and water, has a nice narrow and slightly flexible applicator tip, and is a great value. The Revlon Colorstay liquid liner is almost the same as the Covergirl, but seems to flake a little more. The applicator tip is less long and narrow. The NYX Epic Ink liquid liner seems less pigmented, and applies less uniformly than others I’ve tried. It could be the brush applicator vs a felt tip? It doesn’t last as long as others, starting to break down within a few hours. By 12 hours much has faded and broken down with a little smudging, transferring, and flaking around the eyes.

I use this eyeliner for the waterline area but do not use it on the upper or lower eye lid as it is slightly oily and smears immediately and does not stay only on the top of eyelid or corners of they eyes. I would only recommend for using on the upper waterline of the eyelid, at least that is my personal experience as it lasts fairly long, although at times it can leach into my eyeball which does not hurt, but it makes my eyes water and they turn red. The leaching does not happen all the time. I like it, it works for me as a mature woman as I don't pound on make-up or apply heavy black eyeliner as less is best in my personal opinion no matter what age.

Great eyeliner! Stays on and doesn't smudge after hours of wear. Will buy again!
