It worked well during rehab and since. I decided I'd like to have a strap at home and a second one at my squash club. I saw this one from Sector Plus, and it looked just like the Tyrovim (which had disappeared from Amazon) except for the color. It is - same construction, same materials, and same price. Needless to say, I'm happy with it. The strap is comfortable. It doesn't distort or stretch during exercises, and the handles are easier on my hands than a wholly fabric strap. The only reason for not giving it five stars is that I haven't used this long enough to verify its durability.
