Definately a better nights sleep with it in.
I am a short woman with a small nose and nostrils that close up when I lay down and was prescribed this by a specialist. I have to disagree with Lindy Loo [name sake by the way] about your assessment regarding it slipping out because of the size being too small. I have been a user of this product for longer than yourself approx 23yrs and my old one lasted me absolutely years until it perished and one of the nodes fell off. I purchased another recently through Vitamin Chaps and they also did not specify the size. Someone on the comments said it was a medium, so I bought one. It was large. I found it too long and the nodes too large for my nostrils and it kept trying to ping out of the nostrils because it couldn't seat properly, Because of that I did find it uncomfortable because the nodes were sticking into my septum because they were too large and long. But for all that I did sleep better and more soundly waking refreshed on the nights it stayed in and all because of a better air flow. I can sleep for britain, but not as soundly as when I have this device in. I am disappointed about the size, because they are not exactly cheap for what they are; a bit of shaped silicone. I am going to contact the seller and see what he has to say.I would thoroughly recommend Nozovent; they may take getting used to initially, but they are worth it. If it slips out or digs in, then you haven't got it seated properly or probably far enough into the nostril. Wriggle it about and you will feel when it is seated right as you will hardly feel it.My advice to anyone considering buying a Nozovent [and I would thoroughly recommend them] would be to contact the seller and make sure of the size before you buy. Here I do agree with Lindy Loo, small-medium definately for women and unless a man has a small nose, large for them. Sleep well peeps!

100% better than Airmax rubbish
Soft rubber but firm enough to be springy, so it actually opens the nasal passages, unlike Airmax that's too soft and just blocks your nose. Will certainly buy again.

Rubbish
Biggest rubbish item I've bought for a long time. What a waste of money. It's passable if you're sitting reading a book but the moment you move it falls out. This was recommended to me by my ENT Consultant....clearly he must have shares! It also makes the inside of your nose sore.Absolute trash

Nozo vent
Does what it says very effectively, but quite expensive for what it is.

Finally something simple that works!
I have a deviated septum and have been looking for an alternative to nasal strips for a few months. I tried a cheaper nasal clip which was really uncomfortable as it rests on either side of your septum. The nozovent is simply a strip of soft plastic that pushes your nostrils open - it doesn't touch your septum. I've been using it every night now for a month and I can breathe easily through my nose all night. After a few nights I decided to trim the end bits and now it seems to fit my nose better. After getting a spot inside my nostril after the first few uses I now try to remove it slowly as it sometimes seems to stick to the inside of my nose over night. I thoroughly recommend this product for anyone who needs their nostrils widened at night. I wouldn't wear it during the day as the bend in the plastic comes down to my top lip.

Effective so long as it does not become dislodged
Despite the alarming price this device may be worth it for you if, like me, you have narrow lower nasal passages. It is a sprung length of rubberized plastic which is flexible enough that it can be bent to insert into each nostril, with shaped pads against the inside surfaces of the outer wings of the nose. This leaves you looking as though you are a bull being led by a nose ring -- but works. It can easily become dislodged, though, if you move around much in your sleep. I've sometimes had some minor irritation of the delicate nasal surfaces, but overall, and combined with BreatheRight strips over the top of the nose and regular irrigation(see the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Starter Kit with 15 Sachets) gives me a drug-free way to keep nasal congestion in check.Since I do some of my work from home I've also tried using it during the day, seems to work fine so long as I don't forget I'm wearing it and go to the cafe...

Simple ,easy to fil. Quickly loose its springy ness becoming ineffective .
Can help to keep your nostrils open when sleeping . You have to get used to sleeping with it in. Can get uncomfortable when used every night. After a week or so of use they get ,'soft' and do not hold the nasal passage open. It would be nice if they where revers able.
