Is the milk part lactose free?

Whatever it is,  I am lactose intolerant and have a slight problem with it.  Taking a Lactaid tablet with this product takes care of the problem for me.
I have not found a "lactose free" product that I like as well as the Vintage Brawn.  I can tell the difference in my workouts.
