Also, I saw the seller has an upgraded model in the answers to another question - where do I buy that direct?** A: Description says 500lb max load. But you can probably get 5 Olympic 45lb plates max on it. Maybe some sand bags on there too? **Q: Can a 7yr fit into the harness, or would it be to big?** A: I am 6' & 210 pounds and the harness falls off my shoulders.
