I saw this in an American football match and got some from Amazon and what a fabulous product

Cheap and effective.

I bought this product as a last ditch attempt to bring some relief from very painful diabetic neuropathy pains in my foot. It presents as stabbing pains and a burning sensation that can last for up to a week. It was particularly painful and burning this time so I thought I would try this freeze spray. It did ease the burning sensation which is part of the battle. It can't completely eliminate the symptoms, which in all fairness to the spray, it is not what it is designed to do. Diabetic neuropathy is caused by nerve damage. But the spray did ease the burning sensation quite well. It is very easy to use and caused no skin irritation. I have only posted this review so that I may help someone else in the same position as myself.

Ìf you wake up in pain which i do this helps,just to relieve,i like the cool one if you prefer heat they have that one .I know you can get it cheaper at the £££SHOP

Works reasonably quickly but doesn't last very long. My shoulder was giving me pain and it was about a week before I got my pension and needed something quick and cheap. It wore off about an hour and a half after I used it. I'll keep it in the bathroom cabinet as a just in case.

This product is terrible .. I sprayed it on me elbow and shoulder.. the result was burning and next day blisters on both shoulder and elbow I tried my knee and kept a good look at it, my knee it went red then into a water blister. had a refund

Great cooling spray for pains and sprains but not much in can...no irritation....
