When I purchased this product along with other products, I could tell the difference immediately the following day. It helped tremendously with her runny nose and cough to the point that she has felt completely better in just a few days. Its size is small but you only spray once a day for a two year old. My daughter has made it easy to use on her but I can’t say it’ll be easy for all parents to use on their children. They have to stay still while you install it in both nostrils one at a time and even then your child may or may not like the spray going up their nose. Other than that I believe it’s an item worth purchasing.
