VIVOSUN E42A+ GrowHub Environmental Controller for Grow, Smart APP Control

I recently purchased the VIVOSUN GrowHub Controller E42A, and it has been an outstanding addition to my grow tent setup. Here’s why I’m giving it five stars: Comprehensive Environmental Control: This controller covers all the essential aspects of a grow tent environment, including temperature, humidity, VPD, and lighting. The ability to control and monitor these parameters through a single device has made managing my grow tent much more efficient. WiFi Connectivity: The WiFi functionality is a game-changer. If you are deciding on whether or not to buy this and looking through reviews, ABSOLUTELY BUY THIS! I have been newly experimenting with their products and this controller makes so much possible with automating processes. I have relied on their recommendations with lighting, airflow, watering, etc. and have had INCREDIBLE results. The screen is lit nice and all of the information is right there. The WiFi connection was good and I can control everything from my phone with their really nice app. I reached out to their customer service with a few questions and received wonderful experiences there also. Quick response and helpful information. Can’t say enough good things. Really hope to get into one of their alpha/beta opportunities one day.

I've had the GrowHub for about 3 months now and I can't imagine living without it now! I have mine controlling an AeroLight AW200 grow light, 4x LumaRay Side Lighting Bars, AeroZesh T4 inline fan, GrowCam C4 and AeroStream H19 humidifier and it has been performing seamlessly! Setup was extremely simple, just running a cable from each device to the hub - or some connect through your local wi-fi. Adding new devices has been a breeze with no issues thus far. To be fair, once the initial setup was done and I got the GrowHub connected to the mobile app on my Android phone I rarely touch the control panel itself as I'm always in the app! The mobile app is amazing! I am in the beta program and the developers have been steadily releasing updates with great new features! There are too many features to list but some of my favorites are being able to check in on my grow cam along with the current climate conditions even if I'm out. You can use youe grow cam to record a time lapse of your grow. You can set a lighting schedule, intensity, and spectrum. You can set the inline fan to work on a schedule or to activate when pre set humidty or temperature conditions are met. There is a journal section where you can log your watering, nutrition, lamp height, etc. You can also attach pictures and video to each entry. You can view historical logs of your tents environmental conditions (temp, humidty, VPD). There are just too many great features with more on the way, I'm sure! I really can't recommend this product enough. It's performance has been perfect and keeps getting better. This WILL help automate and improve your growing experience!

Finally got this controller E42A+ GrowHub and I was able to manually navigate through the settings and proper wiring position/connection set-up, RJ45 and RJ11 with the AeroLight SE. The manual does not tell you that in order to run 2 AeroLights, you will also need a two-way splitter for RJ45 & RJ11. I am including photos with this review that show the correct wiring ports for all connectors. Also, after you get your lights connected, in order to turn on the lights you must toggle up or down using the arrows and then push on the check mark symbol to turn on after setting a light percentage, IE; 35%, 65%, etc. There is also a photo showing the split connection to the second AeroLight SE. This will help a lot because the instructions for the new E42A+ are very basic and really only covers hooking up one light. Nice unit but new and this time without the App and it works great. No E25 dongle needed, devices now connect thru C cables included with each device such as Duct Fan and 6 to 9 inch wind fans. Good Luck all!

Just upgraded my hub to the plus and so far I like it I had many issues keeping the temp and humidity correct on the old hub so far this one is staying on about right both temp and humidity are off by one degree (only been installed for 3hours) anyways the reason I bought the new hub was because I had added the Luma ray side bar lights too my 4x4 tent and I have 2 200wat aero light wing lights. I was hoping to be able to run all of it on the new hub which you can but you can’t run the side bar lights and the over head lights separately unless you use both hubs which was kinda disappointing honestly. But the fact the temp and humidity readings are staying correct and I don’t have to adjust them a 100 times and hope they stay correct is a huge win. So now I use the old hub to control the luma side bar lights only and the new hub runs the fans and the lights and exhaust.

This allowed me to zero in my humidity and temperatures so acutely it's amazing. Controlling my lighting my fans my filters everything is so easy and be able to look at past logs looking at mistakes I've made to changes that improved my yield. All this is absolutely incredible and the fact that I can expand to many tents with one controller. Amazing! You can program multiple different tents "gardens". Multiple ways to set up the auto functionalities whether it's designing your own recipe and grow automatic growth schedules to setting the filters and fans to kick in due to humidity increase or decrease or temperature increase and decrease I mean literally everything, it's amazing 👍😎

I absolutely love this thing! It’s made my entire growing experience so much easier and better! No more guessing the average temp with the highs and lows of the day. It reads temp and humidity accurately and gives you control of your environment in a small touch screen. It also looks stylish outside the tent. The app integration is easy and super convenient. And since it connects to WiFi I love being able to check on the grow from anywhere! Definitely worth getting one for your setup

Everything worked well an was fairly easy to assemble. However it's main function temperature and humidity vpd reading did not work, half the time it would not give me a reading for the outside of my tent on my cellphone, never once did the probe for inside temp work, the controller had a reading for outside an the app did work for all devices..when it would connect, Im legally blind so it took awhile for me to read the manual, I did everything correctly, the customer service from vivosun was lacking, no one to answer tech questions, She asked if I dropped it an suggested to return it if I was unhappy, luckly the great people at Amazon were very helpful, if you go with vivosun smart growhub buy the controller first make sure it works, vivosun offered to send a replacement probe cord for a device that didnt work as advertised from day one thats it, the tent was nice though but sending it back going with ac infinity because spiderfarmer dosnt have a controller yet,

Kaufentscheidend: Bedienung des Zirkulation-Ventilators VIVOSUN AeroWave E6 Gen2 per Controller (somit auch via App), und die dadurch zusätzliche digitale Hydro+Thermo-Erfassung (anstelle separat-autarke Messgeräte) auf einem Blick. Bei uns dient dieser Controller für Hydro/Thermo-Messung + Luftzirkulation. Bei Licht und AKF-Lüftung haben wir für andere Anbieter entschieden, die über diesen Controller nicht bedient werden können. Die Gerätschaften können über die App noch feintuniger gesteuert werden. Controller funktioniert aber auch ohne App und VIVOSUN-Userkonto! App wiederum benötigt Kontoerstellung. Gerne wieder! Danke nochmals!
