Is this suitable for airbrush painting?

You can, but would recommend the Game Air range, the metallic flakes are ground finer for use in an airbrush. With these ones you can use 'Thinner' and 'Flow Improver' but may still gunge up the airbrush nib. Also this set is good value for the number of paints if you use them all - personally I've not needed the Hammered Copper or Tinny Tin yet...
