what is the weight capacity for children?

I don't know what the official weight capacity is, but we bought these for our 8 kids ages 5-23 yrs, and weights 30-180 lbs. They are very sturdy bars, and easy to hold onto. The weight capacity would probably depend more on what fasteners you use to connect them to your frame. There are four holes on each end of the bar, so plenty of anchor points. The older boys use the bars for cross-fit training, and lache from bar to bar while skipping multiple bars in-between with no sign of movement in the bar. We're very happy with the product.
